Close-up of two hands, one dark-skinned and the other light-skinned, holding each other's fingers in a gesture of unity.

“ When I hear a story being shared about a person's life, I view that story as sacred. I'm fascinated by our ability to communicate and share with others. Oftentimes the way we understand our own story can set us back or set us free.

The meaning that we attach to words that we hear and say is a delicate process,
and one that can provide much insight into who we are and what we believe about the world.

I value the process of journeying through life's most vulnerable moments and believe that this is where real growth can occur. ”
