About NadiaMessage from Nadia
Out of my studies of peace and conflict, came a passion to better understand the dynamics of interpersonal relationships and the family structures that made up communities. A healthy dynamic is not always easy. Life is difficult and beautiful. The healing process is one that I hold great reverence for, and it is a process! My background in psycho-social recovery and my work with clients has taught me about the resilience of human beings. I am in constant awe of my clients as they allow me to witness their growth and forge a pathway forward.
Message from NadiaMy Approach
Your therapy session will be highly personalized and tailored to each unique family, couple, or individual. Nadia is interested in supporting clients as they discover how to maintain what they have built, and believes that compassionate understanding, active listening and a safe space is a starting point for growth.
My Approach“ When I hear a story being shared about a person's life, I view that story as sacred. I'm fascinated by our ability to communicate and share with others. Oftentimes the way we understand our own story can set us back or set us free.
The meaning that we attach to words that we hear and say is a delicate process,
and one that can provide much insight into who we are and what we believe about the world.
I value the process of journeying through life's most vulnerable moments and believe that this is where real growth can occur. ”
